I got my Philip Stein watch last month, adjusting the strap was way easier than I thought it would be!! I have small wrists, so watch bands are usually either sliding around or digging in, but this one has plenty of holes and actually fits just right!!
I’ve even adjusted it a couple times during the day when my wrist felt a little swollen, and it was no big deal at all!! It’s such a simple thing, but it makes wearing the watch every day so much more comfortable. Really happy with it!!

In the end, they handled it, so I’m not totally unhappy, but the whole process felt slower and less clear than it needed to be.

The watch definitely looks good, so I’ll give it that. But it’s kind of annoying that it runs a little fast sometimes. It’s not a complete dealbreaker, but for what I paid, I really expected better accuracy. Just feels like one of those things that shouldn’t be an issue at this price.
